Highlights include:
Seljalandsfoss Waterfall: The waterfall drops 60 meters and is part of the Seljalands River that has its origin in the volcano glacier Eyjafjallajökull. The waterfall is best known for its high drop off a cliff with a walking trail to go behind it, providing a unique photo opportunity.
Skógafoss Waterfall: Skógafoss is one of the biggest waterfalls in Iceland, with a drop of some 60 meters and a width of 25 meters.
Reynisfjara: Reynisfjara is a world-famous black-sand beach found on the South Coast of Iceland, just beside Vik í Myrdal, the southernmost village on the mainland of Iceland. Witness the incredible rock formations, vast black sand, and the power of the ocean waves.
Dyrhólaey Arch: Dyrhólaey Arch is a small peninsula not far from the town Vík. Dyrhólaey rises 120 metres high and is 12 kilometres long. Dyrhólaey is a haven for birdwatchers, who can get up close with the many species of birds living there, including the puffin, probably considered the king of the island. There is a small lighthouse on Dyrhólaey, which is also nice to visit.
Sólheimajökull Glacier: Solheimajokull is an outlet glacier of the mighty icecap of Myrdalsjokull on the South Coast of Iceland.

Courses
Oddur Golf Club
Oddur Golf Course was inaugurated in August 1997 and is now considered one of the finest golf courses in Iceland. It is located in beautiful surroundings in the immediate vicinity of the greater area of Urridavatnsdalir, within about 20 minutes driving distance from the centre of Reykjavik. The golf course is surrounded by lava.
It is an exhilarating experience to play golf in the midst of nesting moor birds and enjoy their singing, far away from the city’s noise and everyday toil.
Korpa Golf Course, Golf Club of Reykjavík
The Korpa golf course is one of the latest 18-hole golf courses in the country and has already established itself as one of the best golf courses in the country. There are two very different distinct nine holes on the course. The front nine stretch down and run along the beautiful coastline of the Atlantic Ocean with stunning views of Reykjavík ́s signature mountain, Esja. A brilliant test of links golf is to be enjoyed on the front nine.
On the back nine there are massive challenges that await players some of the holes played along the river Korpa. The course is challenging for low and
high handicap golfers alike.
Brautarholt Golf Course
Brautarholt Golf Course is on World ́s Top 100 Golf Courses, 2019 – no 62. Brautarholt Golf Course lies in a breathtaking nature by the sea with a view to Reykjavik city. Their ambition is to build a high quality golf course in the countryside with good untouched space around the fairways to give more space to the rich bird life in the area.
Keilir Golf Club
Keilir Golf Course is the top-rated course in Iceland. There is a vast difference between the front nine and the back nine. The front nine are surrounded by lava, but the back nine are placed on a small peninsula at the entrance into the Hafnafjördur harbor, with a spectacular view to the Alftanes peninsula and the famous Snaefellsglacier. The Keilir golf course is more about skill and accuracy than power and distance, especially when dealing with the lava field in the front nine!
Dining
Food Cellar
Food Cellar is a Grill Cocktail bar, situated in a 160 year old building in the centre of Reykjavík. The food is in the Icelandic brasserie style of food, elegantly prepared by skilled and enthusiastic chefs, using Iceland’s finest ingredients.
The bar has a superb selection of fine cocktails, put together by outstanding bartenders, as well as live dinner music coming from a mahogany grand piano made in 1880 in Vienna by the Bösendorfer Company.
Friðheimar Tomato Farm
A unique food experience, the theme of Friðheimar cuisine is tomatoes in many different forms. Four different varieties of tomato are cultivated in the greenhouses where lunch is served among the plants.
Enjoy a full homegrown and homecooked meal provided by the local farmers at Friðheimar farm.
Grill Market
Grill Market set out to make a purely Icelandic place experience, both in design and in food. The raw material used to make the place inside is Icelandic. Warm red that has been turned into leather, boulders, cranberries and moss, all Icelandic. Most of the main raw material is purchased directly from local farmers. It is an unexpected cuisine where Icelandic tradition and the present meet.
